Mobility refers to the amount of active, usable motion you possess. (Whereas flexibility is the range of motion which you might be able to get into, but not control.) The gap between your flexiblity and mobility is where injuries tend to occur. Catching up your mobility to your flexibility means owning your range of motion. You can then maximise your movement potential and safe guard your joints. In the process we improve the function of your nervous system which also reduces the chances of pain and injury, joint health and longevity.
I am a Functional Range Systems mobility specialist. Functional Range Conditioning® is a comprehensive joint training system based in scientific principals and research.
I will assess you and build a programme to improve your performance whether you have something specific you would like to work on, or if are looking to improve overall function.
